30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom Orders
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will always confirm design details with you before production begins.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving return confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
